"Easy to use and self explanatory"

What do you like best about Cloudingo?

Required minimal onboarding training and is easy to use. Has been an amazing tool for our data hygiene and making sure we do not solicit to families and individuals twice. This has been a game changer and extremely helpful in our efforts to reduce duplicates in our systems. What do you dislike about Cloudingo?

It would be amazing if there was a NCOA verification aspect of addresses. Although it deduplicates this is something we wish was also a part of this tool as it has become an increasingly important part of our data hygiene processes that is missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloudingo?

Cloudingo helps in database management, like removing duplicate records and updating existing records with additional information, if any, from the new lists to the existing database in Salesforce. What do you dislike about Cloudingo?

Clouding takes time to check for data based on the criteria we mention while de-duplication, updating or deleting, so first it validates, then processes. There is nothing to say anything as dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have around 3 million existing databases, and new records are added every time; checking for duplicate records and fixing them manually is not a very small task. Clouding helps in doing the job quickly and accurately based on the conditions we provide and also helps avoid duplicating the existing database from any new imports. What do you like best about Cloudingo?

Cloudingo is the only duplicate management tool needed in your tech stack quiver. We use this product extensively to keep our database clean, especially regarding customer/ active accounts. I was very familiar with the legacy interface, and now that we are on the new UI, it's taking some time to get used to where everything is located. "The perfect Data Cleanup Tool"

What do you like best about Cloudingo?

Cloudingo is easy to use, understand, and get installed. We have been able to clean many Salesforce systems with the information and features that Cloudigno provides. The tool does so much more then just manage duplicates. The ability to match and upload files is major perk of the tool as well as the ability to download all fields on any object not just standard objects opens up new cleanup possibilities. At the base product level you are also able to automate and mass merge duplicates which saves and inorbanate amount of time and is worth the slight cost increase from their smallest base level product. What do you dislike about Cloudingo?

Sometimes we will run into limitations like no notifications when the tool has identified new duplicates or other red flags in the system like bad addresses. We need to monitor Cloudingo regularly in order to keep it a successful and worth while tool. Unfortunately the tool does not provide the ability to undo the merges if something accidentely occured. This feature is available at much higher levels of subscription but not something we have access to at the base and limited product levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cloudingo:

Though expensive, Cloudingo is a tool that meets and exceeds every expectation. I recommend you set it up and dive in as aggressively as possible to get your data clean and ready to go!

Don't limit yourself to just the duplicate tool. There is also a data import tool that comes with it and the field management tool that allows you to see the usage of all fields on an object and remove any that you do not use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cloudingo is solving the problem it's designed to solve: duplicates. Not only does it resolve duplicate contacts, but we can use it on accounts and other objects as well. We've been able to identify and remove 100,000 duplicates that might have previously caused bad reporting on data. The tool also provides the ability to automate data merges based on criteria you and your team has set. Removing information that is not useful but only if the rules allow it. The Tool also record the field and data changes so that if information is merged incorrectly you have something to refer back to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a horrible user interface and lacks features to make it a useful tool for my use cases. The import tool is basically useless since it won't let you control what fields to overwrite and what to only fill in when blank.
